Brief

PT Team Safety Consultants Indonesia (TSCI) is a privately owned service company providing inspection of various lifting and handling equipments in oil and gas industries, safety training and consultation for general industries.

TSCI was established in August 2005 in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Initially, the core business of the company is to provide inspection and certification services for various types of crane and elevator. Since, TSCI has expanded to provide more than just inspection and certification of crane and elevator, but the wide range of Non-Destructive Test (NDT) of Lifting Equipment, Handling Equipment, Pressure Safety Valve, Pressure Gauges, Pressure Vessel, and Tubular. We are also able to assist our Clients for management of the lifting/handling equipment.

Since the beginning of 2007, TSCI began to offer technical and safety training for personnel in general industries in attempt to promote awareness in occupational health and safety culture, and also to reinforce rules and regulations in compliance to Indonesia State Law and Ministry of Manpower Regulations. By first half of 2009, TSCI also provides highly demand tubular inspection services.

To day, our clients ranging from drilling contractors, oil & gas service companies, fabricators, engineering companies, marine industries, and even oil companies. We have achieved ISO 9001:2000 for Quality Management Systems, which has put us in par with multinational competitors.

TSCI is a registered member of Association of Technical Inspection Company of Indonesia (APITINDO). And as a third party inspection company which mainly serves within oil and gas industry, company holds a license approved by Directorate General of Oil and Gas (MIGAS). For safety and technical training, TSCI is now in partnership with Department of Manpower and MIGAS Training, so that TSCI could provide certification and operator license.

Now, we’re projecting in expanding further throughout Indonesia, South East Asia, and even further Asia Pacific. We are aiming to provide integrated maintenance and management services of lifting equipment, handling equipment, and drill pipe (tubular).

OFFICE FACILITIES

PT. Team Safety Consultants Indonesia has a head operation office in Balikpapan. This fully furnished air-conditioned office currently occupies an area in excess of 356 square meters and its training room can accommodate up to 15 participants in a fully-equipped room complete with DLP projector. Also, supported by the corporate and marketing office in Jakarta.

MANPOWER RESOURCES

PT. Team Safety Consultants Indonesia currently employs 13 permanent personnel involved in technical operations who are experienced in technology and demands of oil and gas sector both offshore and onshore plus several administrative personnel supporting the tehcnical personnel. Besides, there are numbers of on-calls reputable inspection engineers and training facilitators to fill in extra demands.

ONLINE SYSTEMS

PT. Team Safety Consultants Indonesia is now running an online client database and reporting system in order to streamline process from inspection to reporting. Clients are able to login and check the progress of their inspection services at convenient time.
